Shipping and Delivery Information


Delivery Address

We deliver to the shipping address provided at checkout. Please note that we do not ship to P.O. boxes—only residential or business addresses are accepted.

Delivery Days & Carriers

Deliveries are made Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. The specific delivery timeframe depends on your location and the carrier handling your parcel.

Receiving Your Order

A signature may be required upon delivery. This doesn’t have to be from you personally—anyone present at the address (such as a family member, colleague, or neighbor) may sign for the parcel on your behalf.

For private residential deliveries, our carrier will make one attempt to deliver your parcel. If you're not available, they’ll leave a note with instructions for pickup, typically from a nearby collection point. Most carriers will hold the parcel for up to 14 days before returning it to us.
If you’ve consented to neighbor delivery and conditions allow, the parcel may be left with a nearby address.

Responsibility After Delivery

Once the parcel has been delivered, responsibility for the item passes to you. If your package appears visibly damaged on arrival, we recommend refusing the delivery.
If there are any issues with your order—such as damage or incorrect items—please contact us as soon as possible. You can find more details under our “Returns & Claims” section.

Partial Deliveries

If your order contains multiple items, we may ship them separately due to availability. If this happens, you’ll be notified by email. There are no extra charges for split shipments.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive an email containing a tracking link. This allows you to follow your parcel’s journey in real-time via the carrier’s website.
